I would like here to start a journey in how to do the School of Phenomenal Memory. Im gonna need help, so if there is anyone who has done the Pmemory course and wants to help, then this is the place to do it. Im gonna need help with specific exercises in different lessons.

So Im struggling with lesson 4 after I forgot to punch in here the last days. So Easter has passed, and now Im having real trouble making the exercises of lesson 4. The main problem is the DO NOT repeat. I can get all 20-30 items in order but only after the 3rd or 4th time. I can`t do it the first time even though I set up my day as Pmemory being the main activity of the day.
I start out meditating and then watching some inspirational/ motivational videos on youtube to get myself pumped up for the total beating that my brain is going to take.
Im not gonna like it's about an 8 or a 9, difficulty level 10 being impossible, My head hurts I can pinpoint that my veins in my head hurt so much that I think one of them is going to pop. Not all the time, but I do feel through the day. Taking schizophrenia medication, as well as nootropics is very hard. I dont know how Im gonna do it I just know Im gonna do it.
Because I need it more than anybody else, I need to not end up in the street I need it because of my dream to become a billionaire, a dream which I know I can achieve if I can get at least 80-90% of my total brain power to work. With medication, its about 70% Im gonna go through this just as if this would be the last thing I do with my life.
I`ve sent an SMS to my psychotherapist when is the fastest time that we can meet. I need her to come up with a motivational strategy that will make me get on this much harder and work harder to memorize and do it in a faster pace.
Ive just finished the first exercise in lesson 4 it took me 3 times to get it right. Like I said earlier, it takes 1 shot it says there do not repeat thats the biggest problem what If I do this â– â– â– â– and at the end I`m not able to memorize things as I read them and not get the job for the local government and be able to work for a good pay with a decent stress environment.
I would like to ask you guys what are some of your thoughts can I make it even if I go 2-3 times through the list in order to memorize a 20-30 item list?
I’m not familiar with the system, but I think it’s okay to repeat if you need to. It gets easier with practice. You can learn more about what kinds of images are memorable to you by analyzing the images to see why you got some right and others wrong
Man you have a problem understanding the instructions.
They don’t have the better English since they’re Russian but is understandable.
You can try all the times you need to recall the 20 or 30 items list.
You can memorize 5, recall them, add another 5, recall the 10 memorized items, and so on…
Until you have the 30 (correctly recalled)
Then they say DO NOT REPEAT, meaning, don’t repeat the recall… forget those items since it’s just an exercise.
It’s the same for all exercises that say DO NOT REPEAT at the end.
So after Ive memorized the 30 items i dont recall the whole list at the end? I just go on listen to a Song on YouTube then come down and try to write down the entire list of items ???
You have to recall the entire list once.
Write it down as soon as you finish (just for checking) Don’t need to take any breaks.
Then pass to the next exercise.
You’re exercising the memorization, no need to “really memorize” (for long term) that useless list of items.

It says Recall and write down. Do not repeat. From this I understand recall only once do not repeat the recall and the writing down
That`s what I understand. So your saying that my way is wrong and I can recall and write down as many times as I have to until I get 20 out of 20

Also if you dont have to memorize the list long term why didnt they say DO NOT REPEAT to the 3rd lesson? On the 3rd lesson you have stuff to memorize and it doesnt say do not REPEAT why is that? I dont get it Im not saying your wrong but why dont they say there do not repeat
You need to recall the entire list correctly once.
You don’t need to write it down, but you need to check, so how will you check?
You have to write it down to check or recite the list to someone with the list so they check if you do it right.
Yes, you can try and check all the times you need until the whole list is recalled correctly.
Once it’s done, is done. No need to repeat the recall or anything, the exercise is done.
What was on lesson 3? don’t remember, maybe they “forgot” to include that 
They don’t want you to recall long term anything, until the lesson or lessons about the 50 US states alphabetically.
And is up to you if you want to remember that list forever by recalling it as necessary.
So do not repeat means after I`ve recalled it once perfectly, I never have to visit that lesson again. There was on another forum and torrent site where I got the course from.
If I recall correctly, the man that was helping me then said dont repeat once youve written down the memorized list. It should be perfect the first time, and don`t go through the list of words 4-5 times because you will be memorizing it the old-fashioned way, not in images the way the course is trying to teach you how to think.
Do you see what I`m saying to get where the confusion is there from me? Also, It can be that the guy never told me that I have schizophrenia; my memory is bad; maybe I just imagined him saying that to me on the forum.
Also, Vector, have you gone through Pmemory?
Will you be here to assist me in the future? I think I can do it on my own up until lesson 24(the test) but I haven`t gone past that and the learning new languages bit of the course looks daunting to me.

So i`ve finally finished lesson 4; it took me 3 days to it, but I did it. Also, what do you guys think?
How can I speed up the process it took me 4 hours of hard work to finish lesson 4, so Im thinking Im doing something wrong what do you guys think?
But for now, Im glad Im done with the lesson. Tomorrow lesson 5, and hopefully, I can get it done in about 2-3 hours tomorrow. hopefully, my head will be in the game.
I saw what Lesson 3 was and why they didn’t say DO NOT REPEAT.
It was because they tell you to make a memory palace with 25 locations.
So… that you don’t want to forget, since it can be use to train, etc.
That’s why they didn’t say DO NOT REPEAT.
If you didn’t understood that by yourself… Ehrm I don’t know.
No. I didn’t go through the course, and didn’t do the “test” to myself, since I’d have no problem with it.
Also I didn’t respect its directives so much.
I already have my 00-99 with the Major System, and they use another method for numbers and the guy insisted you go with that method (read in the forums, that don’t exist anymore).
So I adapted the lessons to the Major system, besides where they send you to memorize nonexistent phone numbers (that would be in the test) I put real phone numbers, and so on…
