If I want to memorise some key information on the fly, then I use the body method same as you. It is very useful.
You can also use any other object that is in front of you or around you. Such as a Car can be a palace on the fly, a Chair can be one, a desk can be used, an animal such as a Dog can be another. Use whatever you can see to quickly create a few spots on the objects to store the “Key Points/Words” you choose at the time of the conversation.
Another method is to use the surroundings of the location you are at, and use the Chain-Link Pairing Method. So once you choose the Key-Word/s of the conversation, Chain-Link them by pairing them together, and add that to your surroundings. While doing so, you can also use Number shapes to follow the order of the conversation, and to help you make the links.
Here is an example;
Persons name is Gino | Keyword: Bottle Of Gin (o)
He works at the local book-shop | Keyword: Book
He has 2 Daughters | Keywords: Swan + Kids
The live in Minnesota | Keyword: Mini-Soda Drink or a small Can Of Soda
Start with Gino holding a Bottle Of Gin, and Pouring it over a Giant Book as big as him which is next to him. Notice that a magic wand is printed on the cover of the book, this is the number shape for 1. You have paired Two Keywords here.
You then see a big Swan, and on it is 2 kids. Kids picks up the giant book, and Pours a Mini-Soda Can over the book, it’s wet and dripping soda.
Now you have paired the next 2 keywords.
Basically it’s a chain-link in pairs that happens faster than you read this above.
Bottle Gin Poured Over The Book, Kids Pick it up, and Pours a miniature Soda over the book.
The magic wand and the swan represents the order of the links. So you know what was said first and second and so on.
Number shapes can also be used to create links when used with its actions.
Gino is Holding a Magic Wand, and makes a Bottle of Gin appear. This is the action of the magic wand which represent the digit 1. So by using the actions of the number shapes, you can create the links instantly because you’d already know the actions memorised as part of your training.
I have all the number shapes from 00-99, and each of them has an action, they can be pair linked instantly, or be used to memorise info such as conversations, lists, etc. I am actually working towards completing a video tutorial for it in between my other goals which is taking a long time.
