Going through numbers training on the memory league site, and frequently getting 00.
Currently, I’m combining my 0 person and their action when that happens, but it would remove a step if there was a separate 00.
Do you guys bother with 00, or have some other method when it comes up?
having a 00 is as important as having a 12 or a 35 or a 67(!!!?!?!?!?!?!) for numbers competition. I’d assume in real life it probably comes up less frequently, but yeah i had a 00 when i was doing 2 digit and i have a 000 now
I have 0-9 and 00-09 as separate PAOs. It is very useful for me. Not really that much more work to make or learn. I would highly recommend it. Mine are not based on the major system though.

I also have 0-9 “modifier” numbers to pre-pend to my 00-99 PAO system. This makes it so I can sort of cheat and memorize the odd 3-digit number.
Example:
0 - frozen
1 - tarred
2 - naked
etc.

I recommend Stuart Larkin for 05 (the guy from the MadTV skit) who plays grown adult who acts like a kid in whitey tighties who says “dooooont” and “look what I can do!!”

00-99 is another.
Much cleaner and clearer for me.
