I am not new to this. But I have only used memory palace technique for limited things. Right now I have a big competitive exam coming up and I already memorized one book with this. But now I want to add 7-8 more books. Any tips here?

Hi. I don’t know well how to use the palace. I’m trying. is powerful but complex for me. But I have used some other techniques. Like story I like a lot. Or humour.
I tell you don’t use too much time to learn new techniques if have a difficult exam. It takes time and it’s better try it when you are quiet and have time.
I think that if you just use palace. You can expand it a little bit. I don’t believe it cause problems. Like if you put one image per locus you could put three. Just an idea.
There is no limit! The more you memorise the easier it becomes to memorise new info

Not only does it not have a limit, the more you memorize the better you get at it. You’ll learn new tips and tricks along the way

I haven’t memorized a whole book but I’ve been thinking these days that I wanna try it one day. I’ve thought about the loci. For this, I won’t use a large loci like Dr Yip although I know physical locations are the best for memorization. But I might use Numbers as a loci. I’ll use numbers as a large loci with a customized Major system (with my native language: Myanmar or Burmese). I’ll attach images with info I wanna memorize. I hope your success in whatever you’re doing!
You will major system? How many items for a book?
It’s pages-based system. Generally all have 300+ pages. I have two Major Systems (for Myanmar & English) & PAO system. So I can use different systems to distinguish them.

You can memorise as much as you want, but the more important question is if you are going to be able to use the knowledge outside of the memorisation context.
Memorising a bunch of facts isn’t very useful. Internalising them and linking them with your practice would be extremely useful.

How does one memorise a long of information, dense information like a lot of slides with the memory palace. And also how can I use the memory palace for math related courses you. Okay I want to get a 4.0 gpa with the memory palace. How?

I honestly just know that its a system of grading your academic performance based on grades for example: A+,A-,B+ etc corresponds to a value and then depending on the number of courses theres some calculations involved
But overall a 4.0 means your getting mostly A+ ,A- and B+ in your courses which is considered the highest academic perfomance
