Do you mean trained memorizers, or people with innate exceptional memory abilities?
i mean by training mnemonics to a point where u can learn things extremely quickly like a page of book in 2-3 minutes
I don’t think photographic memory is possible. You might be interested in this discussion: How to get a photographic memory
Not all books can even be read at a speed of 2-3 minutes per page, so part of it depends on things like how complex the material is, and how familiar you are with it.

Being as it’s likely that photographic memory doesn’t really exist , there would be no one for mnemonist to compete with. So, no.
