Dominic O’Brien’s books are a good place to start for the basics. Also try typing “memory palace” into the search box at the top of each forum page. There are many great tips in the forum discussions.
I’d start by taking some places that you know well – like home, work, school, shopping, etc. – and build a few palaces there.
