Moderation is key when it comes to these practices. Don’t do them every day. For example, if you do, avoid coffee and acidic foods, as they will cause gastritis. If you eat something after intermittent fasting, make sure it’s something light on your stomach, such as chicken, rice, potatoes, soup, etc. If you eat heavy foods, good luck with that empty stomach, and if you consume acidic foods as well, good luck with that too.
