I would like to know how mental palaces are created. Do you need to be there for it to stick in your head or how is it that you can actually use movies to make your palaces? Also how do I keep track of the palaces I created? Do I need to name my palace and know its name to access the information?
If I have hundreds of memory palaces created do they have to be different from my previous ones or can I copy exactly the way they were and make copies of these?
When should I actually revise these and how do I revise these do I use an app or just go in my mind to see if the info is still there and how often do I check.
