Attention and memory

Hello everyone,

It’s been some months since I entered in this memory techniques world and I’ve been using them to learn a lot of things related to my work, and I think that I wouldn’t possibly have been able to use any memory technique if I didn’t rearrange my horrible social media habits.

So, in case anybody is struggling to get himself / herself focused on one thing for a long period of time and often gets distracted with social media I recommend you to look at this blog:
