Are there dietary supplements that can help memory? (fish oil, ginkgo, etc.)

I’m not really one for supplements, but I know Nelson Dellis swears by mind lab pro. In terms of general foods, I know small quantities of dark chocolate, blueberries and black currants are supposed to help. Beyond that, the benefits and drawbacks of caffeine are well documented.

Aside from that, anything that makes you healthier should help your concentration, thus aid your memory. The only proviso I’ll put on this is don’t try to take ‘megadoses’ of vitamins. Look up Linus Pauling if you want to know where the megadose myth came from
