Italian Mental Calculation Championship 2026

10th and 11th April 2026, School for Advanced Studies Lucca, Italy

Human Calculator Aaryan Shukla was invited as a Guest of Honor for “Italian Mental Calculation Championship 2026”. The event was organized by studiogiochi in collaboration with the IMT School for Advanced Studies Lucca and IUSS, the University School of Advanced Studies of Pavia as part of the EFC – Educating Future Citizens network.

Aaryan Shukla created two new World Records in the following categories

  1. Fastest time to mentally calculate the square root of ten 8-digit numbers (set of 10) in 71.22 seconds

  2. Fastest time to mentally divide a 10-digit number by 5 digit-number (set of 10) in 28.81 seconds
