I decided to “create” a 3 dig system, for Objects.
Have had success with 3 dig P/ characters.
Current Vimages (Visuall Images) for 3 objects:

020 - Log (tree)
050 ben j ice
053 icecream
Currently, have like 50 in total, but 1-2 I currently use from time to time.
I wish you have a fruitful training journey. 
Took a break from it, but begining now in March again. Have wroten down more for 200-299, 600-699 and 900-999.
Took also a break from 3 Digit system, Characters but recently, late of February started training it again. Feels like I am getting it, at 45-50s times with high accuarcy 
Heey, actually took a lot of time away from both working on my 3-Digit systems and Memorization at all…
Anyhow here is how far I have come with my 3-Dig Object system:

I have about ~980 written down so far, ( 2% left) with about 80 or so “weaker” Vimages that I might reconsidering. But anyhow will continue and see how things goes as I try this system out.
I would say I am entering 2nd phase of Learning a 3-Digit system. 1st phase is writing Vimages down. 2nd is applying it and see how well it worksout, and adjust wherever it may be needed.
During the last week I added about 300 vimages, mostly during 1 day, which was a huge win for me. I have worked on the object system for alittle over a month recently.
Previously to that there were about 50-100 or so only.
Looking forward to see the progress over the next week

Have made some progress on 095-125 which I am able to recall quickly, about 1-2s each as of now.

Today, reviewed 100-199. About half of them is being able to be recalled without looking at my notes. Which is a big win.
Actually, before leaving my bed I did went through about 100 in my Character system. I like the dedication on learning and mastering my 3-Digit Systems! Went through about 250 on character system. Not much there, but atleast put effort while doing this. Did actually review in both memo systems while walking. It is possible, but not recommended for best results.
While walking in the city I did see many cars pass by, one great way of practicing the numbers system, just looking at their plate haha. Both 3 and 2 digit systems work there.

Hey Raja!
I am currently focusing more on Object system in learning it.
I do have categories, but it was hard for some of them. 900-999 are MOST Tech stuff, 200-299 are most Vegetables/ Fruits. 700-799 are Some instruments. Instruments were a harder category to find many unique ones, in my opinion.
I still have the Character system also, which I have been doing 47s /80 digits ( top 5s! )
I do practice it still, but not as much currently.

Today, 29th of May, went through my Memory System once, 3-Dig Objects, and also a 2nd time on 000-300

The recent days have done a daily review on my 3 Dig- Objects system.
Also, 2 days ago, 2nd of June went through my System TWICE and saw even bigger growth doing that. Spaced Repitition is really key in Learning the memory system, in my opinion. Especially when it is bigger like 1000 diffirent vimages.
4th of June, have not reviewed my system today, but have practiced only on a few digits, that apeared throughout the day.
(Feels like I have done x2 times progress since last week, based on scores only ) Thats a good improvement Imo.

It is tho important that these " facts" are already KNOWN within you; which makes an instant association once the number is shown.
The fact that you have 32 teeths. 032 may be a perfect association there!
If you see The statue of Liberty everyday, and you Know it is 93 meters; 093 is a wonderful choice to use for it!
The same goes, if you are interessted in statues and know that the highest one is 182 Meters.
Also, there is mount everest, which I were fascinated with when I was a kid. A mountain that were 9 km tall!!! ( 9km = 9 000 meters)
Using 900 as a mountain might be a great choice!
Have trained daily, over a months time, and reached quite promising results. At the fastest speed were able to review all 1000 in 27min!
And, it is ranging between 30-40min on average.
Today, marks as DAY 2 of doing, CHO. Person Object, or CHaracter Object. Here is how I did today, currently the best one:
Was about ~48s recalling, flawlessly on all the Numbers that I had viewed during Memorization
Still, this is quite challenging now in the beginning, on learning on how to memorize 2 Things at one place.
And also not to automatically Visualizing the preceeding Vimage as the same. So, not doing doing Character and then Character after, or, Object-Object which is tempting to do in the beginning.
