2 digit 3 category system with easy 10 digits per location

I have spent some time training my very simple person + action system. The translation speed is getting better and better, however my collection of suitable memory palace locations is rather limited. So I thought of adding another person list, so 2 persons connected to each 2 digit number.
This allows me to translate 10 digits per location in an easy non confusing way:
1st 2 digits → person from 1st person list.
2nd 2 digits → action performed by this person.
3th 2 digits → person from 2nd person list doing the same action.
4th 2 digits → person from 1st person list.
5th 2 digits → action performed by this person.

how you are going to distinguish that it’s the person from the 2nd list in recall, it could be person from 1st list as well.
there are 2 person present there doing the same work.

even after that comes this :-

so now there are total of 3 person at same loci, while two performing the same action and 3rd person doing other action.

don’t you think it’s already confusing?
or explain that how you are going to distinguish between them which came first, maybe I didn’t understand it yet.

The order of the 5 “2 digit numbers” is implicit, that is the whole basis of this system.

how you are going to distinguish that it’s the person from the 2nd list in recall, it could be person from 1st list as well.
there are 2 person present there doing the same work.

… and one person is from the first list (1st 2 digits) and one person is from the 2nd list (3th 2 digits).

Perhaps an example may makes thing a bit clearer.

75 14 55 18 67 (is pronounced as tas lek sas loe bat in my number reading system):

The person from the 1st person list connected to 75 is Daniel Craig as James Bond (from the 2nd person list it is Sean Connery, also as James Bond), the action he has to do that is given by number 14 is rowing. This action is also done by the person from the 2nd person list connected to 55, namely Tina Turner (from the 1st person list it is the Evil Queen).

So the first 6 digits gives us Daniel Craig and Tina Turner rowing together.

The final 4 digits are translated as Lou Ferrigno (who played the Hulk, from the 2nd person list it is Arnold Schwarzenegger, who competed against Lou Ferrigno long time ago in bodybuilding) solving a Rubik’s cube.

So 10 digit translation is:

Daniel Craig and Tina Turner rowing together + Lou Ferrigno solving a Rubik’s cube.

Daniel Craig is from the 1st person list so he represents the 1st 2 digits, Tina Turner who is from the 2nd person list must then be the 3th 2 digits representation. Rowing is done by 2 persons and thus it represents the 2nd 2 digits. And finally the person doing an action alone must represent the final 4 digits.

Just in case you still think it is complicated or confusing, allow me to explain the system in a different way. All you are doing is translating numbers in persons and actions (so 4 digits chucks). The persons from the 2nd person list do nothing other then immitate the action of the 1st person of the 10 digit sequence. The benefit of the 2nd person list is not only to translate the 3rd 2 digits (just like the object in a person-action-object system), but to give you the opportunity to translate another 4 digits with just a person + action in the same location without risking confusion.

I have selected a couple of my persons and if you recognise some of them you will probably understand the logic behind the pairing up.
