It’s Vodka. There’s no protein in Vodka. Any vodka.
0 grams. Anywhere.
Does a mash distilled from say potatoes rather than wheat retain any form of “potato-ness” in the final product? Or is it just psychological. I know they infuse the stuff sometimes later on, but I’m talking straight-up vodka.
That’s the trick, isn’t it? While gluten is a protein found in wheat, barley and rye, distillation vaporizes (boils) alcohol at a lower temperature than water. Proteins are large chain molecules and are not transported by evaporating alcohol. Regulatory bodies like the FDA and TTB support this, allowing “gluten-free” labels on such products. However, some controversy exists due to anecdotal reports of symptoms, which may stem from cross-contamination or individual sensitivities rather than gluten presence, and one of those sensitivities may be heightened by just plain alcohol itself: “Alcohol Induces Sensitization to Gluten in Genetically Susceptible Individuals: A Case Control Study | PLOS ONE”
Some flavored vodkas may contain gluten.
But your new question is specifically on Potato Vodka. … flavors being transmitted… watch this:

Hi. great idea. Which ai did you you use for this?
I use multiple A.I.s … eventually I get something close to what I want.
This one was Grok (on X), but I also sometimes use ChatGPT, Chat LLM, and a few photo editing apps.
I know it isn’t my prompts that are wrong though because the exact same prompt/description of what I want will produce 3 entirely different images when done by 3 different A.I.s
Great. I used to make it by drawing. But with ai is easier I guess.
