IMO words in 1 minute push you to come up with images faster. After some time spent training you’ll find yourself more creative in making images for all kinds of information you read. But my experience is based on purely words in 1m. I did longer times for words very rarely. I think, training long disciplines mostly make you more endurant than any other qualities
There is no such difference found out yet. You may train them as you wish, the main thing here is what method in making images you pick. You need to find out what works for you the best. Learn how to compress information effectively then you’ll get a transferable skill as well
