What do you do career wise? College student looking for fresh perspectives, so I thought it would be interesting to post here.
First year MD. On a night shift at the moment checking forum while there are a couple free minutes
Masters thesis for urban planning. Went from Texas to Norway so it’s a decently wide range of context. Planning to maybe move back to the US and take a staff planner job in a mid-size city. Somewhere quiet, with a close community. What I’m calling to mind feels like a cute little republican-filled town where I’ll just keep my socialist head low whilst also lowkey those ideas into their urban environment
How useful do you find memory techniques for that?

At this point the most I did is memorising a notebook with algorythms of treating urgent conditions in patients. Works pretty well
Memory techniques are very useful for learning about diseases and treatments, but for me have little or no clinical relevance because I don’t want to commit individual patients information to my long-term-memory.
I run an improvised theatre company and school, and I teach creativity classes at a local high school.
I’m a lawyer, currently working part-time doing family law and part-time as a homeschool teacher.
