This is a experience, I hope not sound very silly . What you think of that ? Anyone doing the same?

I’ve used Google Maps in a similar way before…

> Hi everyone, I’ve just published my memory palace for the first 2,100 digits of pi on Memrise: [https://www.memrise.com/course/2083137/paris-2000-digits-of-pi/](https://www.memrise.com/course/2083137/paris-2000-digits-of-pi/) Paris is conveniently divided into 20 arrondissements, so 2,000 digits can be broken down to 100 per arr. Each arr. in turn is subdivided into four quartiers, resulting in 25 digits each. Distributing 25 digits across five loci on a route relating to each quartier, I store 5 digits per location. Use Google Maps to create your …

Have you tested this? I advise you to try. But such an approach is unlikely to be effective. The fact is that our brain does not perceive a 2D image as something that needs to be remembered. The hippocampus is designed for orientation on the ground and stores in our memory only those objects that have clear coordinates in space-time. It is better to simply be transported to other countries using satellites and cameras. Rooms from movies and videos are also suitable. It is very good if you sketched a similar map for the area that you have chosen as the palace of memory, in general, drawing is a very useful hobby for the mnemonist.Just remember Mikhail Kuni. But to use cards as palaces of memory is an unpromising idea.
