The comment section on one of those led me to [Ivan Wyschnegradsky](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ivan_Wyschnegradsky). Preludes IV and V are interesting. It sounds kind of like [Scriabin](https://forum.artofmemory.com/t/alexander-scriabin-and-artificial-synesthesia/26946) with microtones.

**Edit:** there’s a lot of Scriabin in this one:

**Edit:** It looks like he wrote a _Manual of Quarter-Tone Harmony_ that is available [here](https://underwolf.com/wyschnegradsky).

> Ivan Wyschnegradsky's 1932 Manual of Quarter-Tone Harmony rewrites the past for the future. But the 24-note equal-tempered octave is not an end, but a beginning.
