I think the information is from [_Outlive_ by Peter Attia](https://www.amazon.com/Outlive-Longevity-Peter-Attia-MD/dp/0593236599?tag=artofmemory-20). I haven’t read it, but if anyone wants to look up the sources there is probably some more information in the book and its footnotes.
