There are many topics concerning brain food and lifestyle. I think sport also plays an important role in how the brain works. Which sports are good/bad for the brain?
I have read many articles about american football, boxing and soccer being bad for the brain. Is it a myth? If not, can the brain recover and to what extent?

I don’t know, but exercise seems linked to cognitive function. (Type “exercise” into the search box.)

I’d be cautious about any activity that causes impact to the head though (like boxing or American football). It’s seems like head trauma is not good for cognitive functioning.

These results are really terrifying (for me at least, as I have done amateur boxing as a teenager), although they explicitly state that there is no definite conclusion.
