I am 31 years old, female from Singapore. I am a working professional and love to travel. The other day I was watching a ted talk video on memory training techniques and at the end of it, I was thoroughly inspired to test the same on myself. I ended up registering for memory championship happening here in the next 2.5 months. I am looking through various techniques and training for the same. Can someone suggest me how to optimize these 2.5 months to the maximum. Any specific lifestyle i need to follow to help me regarding the same?
