Hi I am soon gonna start my first year studying physiotherapy,
and am interested in improving the capabilities of the brain.
I discovered this world of improving memory and studying effectively and started practicing alittle bit.
Till now my record in a pack of cards is 4 min(2 cards per loci)
and Im working on the dominic system and building new memory palaces.
and would be happy for advice on how much should I train every day and how to improve my memory for study and In general.
and if anyone would now how to train to remember physical movements I would be grateful.
until now I mostly practice with cards and would like to practice more seriously but im not sure what daily training should look like.
