Hey guys!

I’ve been interested in mnemonics for a long time, and figure it is time to delve properly into them. My memory is real bad, probably because of stress and long term depression. I am doing better now, but my memory hasn’t recovered yet.

I am hoping to use mnemonics for studies, and everyday challenges. I don’t have a head for facts, but would love to develop one. If anyone has any tips on how to memorize math, that would be really helpful, as I’d like to study a STEM subject in a years time.

Which books/videos should I start with? I read a Dominic O’Brien book some years ago, but don’t remember too much :stuck_out_tongue:

Thanks, Josh!

I didn’t. Will give it a thorough read! Any further material/exercises you recommend?

There is a memory training tools page, if you haven’t seen it.
