I am going to try a 2 day water fast/wk with a 24 hour dry fast and report back how I feel

I didn’t watch the video yet, but be careful not to overdo it. 🙂

I did 2-5 day water fasts for a long time, but they were at least a month apart because they were intense, and I drank a lot of water — probably more than a gallon per day. I eventually switched to less intense things like 16/8 intermittent feeding where food intake is confined to an 8-hour window during the day.

In case you haven’t seen it, it looks like dry fasting increases the risk of kidney stones and other health problems:
