I wholeheartedly agree with this sentiment and wish to expand a bit more for any beginners reading the thread.

The guideline offered by the AI most likely references using a Person-Action-Object system or [PAO](https://forum.artofmemory.com/tag/pao-system/14) for short. A recommended thread by @Mike4 using Person-Object (PO), skipping out on a rigid Action entirely: [All-in-one Memory Systems: Complete Anki Deck for ALL Disciplines](https://forum.artofmemory.com/t/all-in-one-memory-systems-complete-anki-deck-for-all-disciplines/)

My short hand advice would be to try building various single digit systems (0-9) in whatever shapes you wish to try your head at. While PAO is regarded as the contemporary universal go-to alternative today, memory athletes in the last few decades have regularly set prominent and respectable records in various disciplines in some cases even without a rigid system. There is no mind police to my knowledge and you should strive for finding out what puts the least stress on your mind to effortlessly grind away using that system. No top performer is without dedicated training in their resume.

What floats your boat is always the way to go!
