@Ciriaco,

I wouldn’t recommend that book myself. Published in 1730, it avoided using mnemonic images and preferred assembled nonsense syllables which are more difficult to remember. Also the conversion system of numbers into letters is unique and many people today prefer the Major system.

I prefer [searching for a system of dates](https://forum.artofmemory.com/search?q=historical%20dates) and converting historical events into a strong visual images for associating to the dates converted into images.

I’ve seen techniques of that time . Seem very difficult. I think at that time could be useful because they had to study verbatim. But now there are easier methods.
