How to memorize business tests?

Hi everyone, pretty new to the forum and AOM but wanted to know the best way to study for a business test. The types of question are explain, define, outline, evaluate within the topic of Labour relations. I need to study using 6 PowerPoints consisting of around 22 slides each. I was thinking of splitting the 6 chapters into their respective memory palaces and each subtopic in a room. Problem that I’m having is I can memorize the word, for example, “industrial relations” but am having difficulty with memorizing the definition, “the broad field of study that encompasses all aspects of the employment relationship in both union and non-union workplaces.”

Hope this is enough info, any help is appreciated!

Do you do business? That’s wonderful! My respect to you. And mnemonics can become a very serious weapon here. Bill Gates’ phenomenal memory allowed him to learn programming on his own, remember all the necessary data and shine brilliant business strategies, and it will help you! It so happened that you accidentally answered your own question. You are a beginner. You are faced with a problem that I encountered, any person on this forum and any world champion in memory at the beginning of my journey. In the beginning, it is really hard to code many generalizing and abstract words. It so happened that you accidentally answered your own question. You are a beginner. You are faced with a problem that I encountered, any person on this forum and any world champion in memory at the beginning of my journey. In the beginning, it is really hard to code many generalizing and abstract words. Then you can even highlight the most common words that appear in your lesson and pick up steel-like figurative codes for them, such as images for numbers and playing cards. This will allow you to instantly memorize such words. Good luck with your workouts. If you still have questions, I will be glad to answer!

Thanks for your in-depth answer, glad to know I’m on the right track! I’m majoring in Business Management so these techniques would really help. I’m currently using a PAO system for memorizing cards and it’s going pretty well. I’m wondering how I’d be able to apply that in studying though? Would appreciate any thoughts you have on the question!

Ha, this is wonderful. I also use PAO for playing cards and numerical data. This is by the way a very effective weapon in any card games, like poker or blackjack. Let’s think it over. Initially, these techniques were developed by the Greeks in an era when writing was in the background, and oral data transfer was the main means of transmitting information. Of course, if you are trained enough, you can remember literally any data. Let’s imagine the text. He looks like a man, he has an external design, but there is a skeleton. Only this skeleton has meaning. As a rule, it can be outlined in the form of a small summary. And remembering any exact data using mnemonics is only a matter of time. I have an excellent book by Ramona Campayo, he is a brilliant intellectual sportsman and specialist in the field of training. If you want, I can send you a message.

Thanks for your response, I’m starting to get an understanding of applying these techniques. I’ve read “Moonwalking with Einstein” by Joshua Fauer to get my start and would definitely like to know more about Ramona Campayo through message if you’re able. Looking forward to your message!
