I have just learnt and started the Dominic system.
What is the recommended way of memorising the 100 people? (00-99)

Flash cards can be very effective - if you’ve a smartphone there are apps for that

[Anki](https://artofmemory.com/wiki/Anki_Flashcard_Software) is the flashcard program that I think most people here use. You can export a spreadsheet with your images in CSV format, and then import them into Anki.

When I learned my images, I just wrote them down and went through them until I could remember all of them.

Try reciting them while walking. First, you might do one every 4 to 6 paces… then every 2 or 3… then every step.

One image per interval: 00, 01, 02, 03, etc.
