Nope, but I have kept a journal in the past, it’s the kind of thing I’ve found is beneficial, but fail to carry on consistently. Thanks for sharing, you should try this or other forms of journaling.
I have started doing it, but have not yet seen major benefits.
I think a lot of the benefits come from being able to look back and see how things turned out, and most of the decisions that I have noted down have been quite recent.
One theme that I have noticed is that for one or two decisions, taking the “bigger” step turned out better.
