Can’t imagine facial gestures and mouth movements(pronunciation) when imagining conversations

So lately I’ve been imaging things in my head. All sorts of stuff. But for some reason I noticed that I, no matter how hard I try, cannot imagine the facial expressions or mouth movements (pronunciation) when the person talks in my head. For example, I imagine myself talking to an elderly guy while on a plane. Does anyone know why this happens?

And yes I am new here so I am sorry if this is the wrong chat or topic:/

If I recall correctly, the problems you state have uncanny similarity to the symptoms of Aphantasia. Look at the symptoms first, if it makes you go ‘holy sh*t’ take the test to see if you qualify for the label. Though Aphantasia is seldom diagnosed because it’s so rare.
